Catalyst & Co. exists to equip people and teams to thrive.
Jason and I founded Catalyst & Co with the aim of improving the success of strategic implementation by reducing breakdowns and failures in the planning and launch phases, which can be a major drain on an organization. Our goal was to create consequential environments that foster stronger working relationships and develop effective strategies that deliver results.
Over the last twenty years, we’ve provided coaching and collaborated with companies of all sizes and industries, spanning from startups to IPOs and technology to manufacturing. Our experience has taught us one crucial lesson: You must build your strategy with your people. In other words, approach your most important strategy work as a progressive act of collaboration—doing more with others every step of the way builds commitment to the strategy.
